Varun Kapoor is a builder, contractor, and entrepreneur focused on delivering premium residential projects in New Delhi. As a partner at Frazer Infratech, he pairs a practical command of construction with an appreciation for thoughtful design — working closely with architects, consultants, and specialist contractors to create homes that are both technically sound and aesthetically refined. His preferences lean timeless: brutalist architecture, neo-classical detailing, and modern Victorian influences, with natural materials, clean geometry, abundant light, and understated luxury. At heart he is a problem solver who enjoys breaking down complex challenges and delivering work that meets high standards of quality, design, and execution.

Ankur Kampani

Partner · Compliance & Finance

Ankur audits the compliances and accounts on every Frazer Infratech project. A commerce graduate of SRCC with an MBA from Narsee Monjee, he worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank and IFCI before moving to construction, where he has delivered both private and government projects. If you enter a joint venture or a cost-plus arrangement with us, the numbers you see are numbers he has checked.

Srijan Mahajan

Partner · Business Development

Srijan leads business development and client relationships. Educated at Delhi University, Trinity College London, and the Musicians Institute, Los Angeles, he came to building from a life in music — over a thousand concerts of it — and brings a performer's discipline to how the firm listens to its clients.
